About Us

This is an old Spanish Finca not a luxury villa so has the wear and tear of older properties, uneven walls and floors.

The flip side is we aren't divas so if you break a cup or a tile falls off when a door slams you won't lose your deposit! 

It is a house to be enjoyed and used for fun. Some of the decor is dated and being in the Campo as soon as you have swept the dust away some more will appear. Yes you will see a few lizards, some large flying insects and paper wasps. Paper wasps are a more chilled out wasp just doing their business and wont sting unless attacked.

The games room is to enjoyed by all ages but perfect for boys over 30 ! We have a bar, pool table, bar football, darts, Wii, cards & poker table, dominos, Subbuteo, Test Match and Karaoke & Wii dance for the ladies !

We are about 10 mins drive from the town of Pinoso with several bars, cafes, restaurants, several small supermarkets and enough shops to provide everything required. You will need a car !

The house has beds for 12 over 5 rooms.

Single dated bathroom on the ground floor. 

A new boiler has just been fitted so plenty of hot water.

We get about 8 Mb as satellite broadband which is generally ok streaming Netflix on 1 TV.

2 boosters but Wifi patchy.

Mobiles generally only work outside.

We have 3 open halls areas with piano chairs etc creating space to spread out.
